Straumann Group: why batch traceability matters

Premium fixtures are only "premium" if you can prove what entered the surgical field.

Why we standardise on the Straumann Group

We primarily place Straumann Group systems because long-term evidence, education pathways, and manufacturer support are published and auditable, important when you return to a UK dentist for maintenance.

Batch identifiers in your record

Each sterile component carries batch identifiers that belong in your clinical record. If a manufacturer advisory ever appears, you know whether your lot is affected.

Unknown brands shift risk

"Unknown brand" implants save procurement cost for clinics, but they shift risk to the patient. We itemise fixture lines in your written estimate so there is no ambiguity on surgery day.

Documented exceptions only

If a clinical edge case genuinely warrants another premium line, that exception is documented in your plan before you travel, never as a last-minute substitution at the chair.
